‘Honey Boo Boo’ Alana Thompson Endorses President ‘Marack Obama’ In 2012 Election [VIDEO]
She may be just seven-years-old but Alana Thompson, the star of TLC’s reality show “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” gave her official endorsement to Barack Obama for the 2012 presidential election during an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” Well, sort of. The pint-sized beauty queen said, while sitting next to her mother June Shannon on Monday, that she endorses “Marack Obama.”
Kimmel brought up the election after Thompson, 7, appeared bored of talking about funding for the show, asking if she knew who presidential candidate Mitt Romney was. “NO!” Thompson squealed. But when Kimmel asked if she knows who Barack Obama is, the seven-year-old asked, “The President?”
Kimmel informed Thompson that Romney was asked while on "Live! With Kelly and Michael" whether he prefers Honey Boo Boo or Snooki from “Jersey Shore,” to which he answered “Snooki.”
That’s when Alana admitted she’s a fan of “Marack Obama.”
“Is there any way that Mitt Romney can win your vote back?” Kimmel asked to an unresponsive Thompson, who by that time found the off stage camera. Then, the camera hog’s attention span shifted to her own image as she was being filmed for the television show.
Amongst other things Thompson spoke about on the Jimmy Kimmel show was her allowance, her enjoyment of being on television, what she wants to be when she grows up and her amusement with dunking her hand in water, which you can watch in the video below.
