It looks like Honey Boo Boo ran out of go go juice when she made an appearance on “Dr. Drew.” In this video, which can be viewed below, Honey Boo Boo sleeps to avoid being asked questions by the celebrity addiction specialists and shows her cranky side.

Honey Boo Boo, real name Alana Thompson, is the 7-year-old child pageant contestant from Georgia who was popular on the TLC Show “Toddlers And Tiaras.” The network gave Honey Boo Boo and her family a show, “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo” due to the success of “Toddlers And Tiaras.”

“Is it difficult to be on TV?” Dr. Drew asks the pop culture phenomenon, who goes on to pretend she is sleeping, complete with a fake snore.

Sensing Honey Boo Boo’s reluctance to answer the question, Dr. Drew responds, “Is there something exciting you’d like talk about?”

The 7-year-old then slaps the air, nearly hitting Dr. Drew.

Asked again if she likes being on TV, Alanna responds with a cranky, “No!” The answer was unexpected from Alanna’s handler and mother, June “Momma June” Shannon.

When asked to elaborate, Honey Boo Boo says, “because my fans come up to me and I hate it.”

That sent Shannon into damage control.

“Yeah right,” she said.

“But I do,” Honey Boo Boo replied.

The clip was posted to YouTube by CNN as a teaser for the next “Dr. Drew” episode. The show airs on HLN, a sibling channel to CNN.
