Attention Hello Kitty fans and lovers of all things sparkling and glittery: the world-famous Kitty has teamed up with Austrian crystal brand Swarovski for a special 'House of Hello Kitty' event at Omotesando Hills in Tokyo.
Personalities supporting the event include model Ai Tominaga, prop stylist and flower master Musubi Aoki, flower artist Makoto Azuma, food artist Ayako Suwa, art director Rikako Nagashima, and costume designer Kodue Hibino. In addition, members of the K-Pop group KARA and the J-Pop singer ICONIQ were expected to be at the 'House of Hello Kitty' opening party, lending their support as well.
From Thursday, June 30th to Monday, July 10, 'House of Hello Kitty' visitors can participate in an art object rally and enter a specially designed Hello Kitty room, as well as purchase 31 Swarovski crystal-adorned Kitty goods - all to benefit the Japanese Red Cross Tohoku earthquake relief.
