Armie Hammer is spending the holidays with his kids after quietly exiting a rehabilitation facility.

The controversial Hollywood actor, 35, continues to evade the media amid allegations that he sexually assaulted and abused a woman. A source with information on Hammer’s whereabouts told People Monday that he is “celebrating the holidays with his kids and family” after leaving the treatment facility where he sought professional help.

Hammer has two kids with ex-wife Elizabeth Chambers — a daughter named Harper Grace, 7, and a son named Ford Douglas Armand, 4.

Back in June, Vanity Fair revealed that the “Call Me By Your Name” star entered a Florida program for drug, alcohol and sex issues in May.

“I can confirm that Mr. Hammer has left the treatment facility and is doing great,” Hammer’s lawyer said in a statement to E! News this week. The attorney did not disclose when exactly the actor checked out.

Meanwhile, People’s source said that even though he has physically left the facility, he will continue receiving “out-patient treatments” as he is taking the program “very seriously.”

In January, Hammer made the headlines when direct messages he allegedly wrote and sent to a number of women were leaked online. The messages painted a different image of the actor as they detailed his alleged sexual fantasies, including references to cannibalism.

Hammer quickly addressed the issue and called it “bulls—t.” But a 24-year-old woman named Effie came forward in March to accuse him of rape and battery during a press conference held by Attorney Gloria Allred, as per Entertainment Tonight.

An investigation was launched into the rape allegations. After it wrapped up, law enforcement forwarded its findings to the district attorney earlier this month. Police sources told TMZ last week that Hammer is unlikely to face any charges because the case isn’t that strong.

Even though the actor is not likely to face charges, he has been let go from multiple projects that he had in the works this year.

In addition, Hammer lost his agent and was dropped by his talent agency, William Morris Endeavor.
