How The British Royal Family Secretly Plans Meetings: 'It's Just What You Do'
Anyone who follows the British royal family may think planning a secret get together is hard to navigate in terms of both privacy and scheduling. However, Mike Tindall, who is married to Queen Elizabeth II's granddaughter Zara, has revealed that it may be easier than fans may think thanks to the popular messaging tool WhatsApp.
"It's just what you do to try and set up get-togethers and we are going to something that is the same," he told "Good Morning Britain," as reported by People. Continuing, he added, "If you are going to go, 'Are you going to take the kids?' Quite a lot of people have family WhatsApp groups. I don't think it's a new revelation."
The chats, which are said to include some of Zara's family members, have actually overwhelmed the former rugby player a bit in the past he also shared. "I'm in about 25,000 groups. You might do it for a get-together and just stay on the group, and occasionally people will post." However, Tindall says he sometimes fears leaving the groups as he doesn't want "to be seen to be rude."

Additionally, it was reported that Prince Harry utilized the service in order to tell his family that Archie Harrison had been born on May 6. This made the group, which included Princess Beatrice and Eugenie, some of the first people to hear the news.
This way of communication may work especially well for Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton if they were to partake in it as the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Sussex are said to have an interest in striving for more privacy in their lives. Due to that, a small group chat may be beneficial in order to secretly be able to plan future outings without running the risk of others immediately finding out.
