How To Buy Chipotle’s Loungewear Collection In Time For The Holidays

Chipotle (CMG) has dropped a new clothing collection just in time for the holidays.

The Holiday Goods collection is made from 100% organic cotton and is comprised of loungewear that has minimal Chipotle branding, which is ideal for the winter season. Included in the lineup is a series of hoodies, joggers, thermal beanies, and pajamas tops and bottoms in a variety of sizes and color palettes.

The new collection can be found on the Chipotle Goods website. The company offers free shipping on domestic orders of $35 or more and can deliver by Christmas on non-custom orders placed by Dec. 15.

The loungewear comes at a time when many Americas are working from home and have made the shift to wearing comfortable clothes as they stay home during the coronavirus pandemic.

Chipotle has hopped on the leisurewear trend with the collection, saying, “New threads are the perfect items to lounge in as fans enjoy their favorite Chipotle meals, which might be different than last year.”

“Given all we've been through in 2020, this new line of Goods is the perfect way to do more of what we did best this year – staying inside and getting comfortable,” Chris Brandt, chief marketing officer at Chipotle, said in a statement. “We saw similar trends in our food as well, as digital orders have grown by more than 200% and our customers have eaten more 'comfort' foods with steak, burritos and Queso Blanco seeing major gains in 2020.”

This is not the first time that Chipotle introduced a clothing line. In August, it launched its first branded apparel line that featured responsibly-sourced items such as the open-looped avocado dye line that used avocado pits from its restaurants. It has restocked some of these items in its Goods store, including the previously sold-out Natural Avocado Dye Tee.

Profits from the Holiday Goods collection will go towards supporting organizations that focus on making fashion or farming more sustainable, Chipotle said.

Chipotle also offers e-gift cards for those people on your list that are hard to find gifts for. Chipotle also offers three different wrapping kits for 2020 for items in the collection that are bought as gifts.

Shares of Chipotle were trading at $1,341.50 as of 2:09 p.m. EDT, up $6.88 or 0.52%.
