How Is Jennifer Aniston Weeks After Justin Theroux Separation?

Jennifer Aniston is relying on her friends – and not on Brad Pitt – in the wake of her split from Justin Theroux.

A source told People that Aniston’s friends were well aware that she has already split from Theroux even before she made an official announcement. In fact, Aniston herself confirmed that they’ve called it quits at the end of last year.

“Her close friends knew about the split for several weeks before the announcement. She has a huge group of girlfriends who make sure she isn’t alone. Jen truly has the best friends. They are real friends that she has had for many years. They always support each other,” the source said.

Aniston is also spending a lot of time with Mandy Ingber, her yoga instructor. “For her, working out is very important. It helps her stay focused and happier. She works out most days,” the source said.

Theroux has also returned to social media earlier this week. He shared a photo himself with two adorable puppies.

The “Friends” alum and Theroux announced their separation on Feb. 15. “In an effort to reduce further speculation, we have decided to announce our separation. This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship,” they said.

Meanwhile, even before Aniston and Theroux announced their separation, the “Horrible Bosses” star was already being linked to her ex-husband, Pitt. Rumors swirled that the ex-couple have been communicating with each other. Some publications also claimed that Pitt reached out to Aniston after he learned about her divorce.

However, multiple sources have already debunked such claims. Last week, a source told US Weekly that Aniston has no plans to reignite her romance with Pitt. Pitt is also sad over Aniston’s divorce, but he has no interest to reach out to his ex-wife.

Pitt and Angelina Jolie ended their relationship in September 2016. The former has been going on casual dates, but Jolie seems to be more focused on their six children.
