How Kate Middleton’s Exercise Routine Involves Princess Charlotte, Prince William, Prince Harry
Kate Middleton has maintained a slim figure before and even after she gave birth to her three children.
In fact, photos of the Duchess of Cambridge proved that she didn’t gain much weight even while she was pregnant. And after she welcomed her kids, it didn’t take her very long to bounce back to her pre-pregnancy weight.
One photo of the mom of three also revealed that Prince William’s wife has a flat stomach. And one of the most effective ways to keep a person’s belly looking flat is by running.
A source recently told Daily Mail that the Duchess of Cambridge enjoys pushing Prince Louis’ pram in the park at Kensington Palace. She also runs as much as possible. Sometimes Princess Charlotte and Middleton’s dog, Lupo, join her on her workout.
“The tennis court at Anmer has been the scene of many hard-fought matches, singles, and doubles. She and Pippa enjoy strenuous make-up-free aqua aerobic sessions and larky water polo with William and Harry,” the source said.
According to the publication, Middleton also does plank to flatten her stomach because this time of workout helps tighten the muscles in the abdominal area.
“There are three elements, the basic plank, the side plank, and the prone skydive, all of which are positions Kate can hold for 45 seconds or longer and repeat at least ten times each,” the source said.
Middleton also loves to use the Swiss gym ball, which is an inflated piece of equipment that is normally used to train the abs.
Meanwhile, if Middleton is being praised for her slim physique post-pregnancy, Meghan Markle is being criticized for not being able to lose weight as quickly as the future Queen did.
Some royal critics recently called the Duchess of Sussex fat after she stepped out at a royal engagement with Prince Harry and the other members of the royal family. At that time, Markle has only given birth two months ago.
