Anheuser-Busch’s (BUD) Michelob Ultra Pure Gold beer brand is looking for its next CEO – chief exploration officer. The job, if hired, will pay $50,000 and provide an office view of the national parks.

Yes, Michelob is paying one lucky beer drinker to tour the country, visit national parks, and represent the company’s Ultra Pure Gold brand. And it will also let the chosen CEO bring along a guest or pet as an assistant.

To be picked as the chief exploration officer, Michelob recommends that the ideal candidate should enjoy and respect the great outdoors. They should be able to capture the “big picture” and edit it. And they need to follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s coronavirus guidelines when traveling and will need to “recreate responsibly.”

Other job requirements include leadership qualities and a good sense of direction in case the GPS stops working while traveling. The CEO must also have an affinity for photography and videography and be able to hike through the national parks and other outdoor areas that they may encounter.

Plus, the potential CEO must love beer.

Responsibilities of a chief exploration officer will include hitting the road on an “epic journey” in a camper van that has been equipped with a bathroom and shower. Michelob will pay for gas during the six months that CEO’s job will last.

Michelob said that the person that takes the job will travel through some of the U.S.’ “most iconic landscapes,” taking photos for social media. Travel plans include Yosemite National Park in California, Sequoia National Park in California, Joshua Tree National Park in California, Big Bend National Park in Texas, and Saguaro National Park in Arizona.

The CEO will be paid a salary of $50,000 plus expenses, Michelob said.

Shares of Anheuser-Busch were trading at $57.38 as of 3:19 p.m. EDT, down 61 cents or 1.05%.
