Around 18% say they wake up happy while 11% say that they wake up bright-eyed and motivated. The 6% revealed that having those great plans for the day helps in getting you out of bed.

More than 75% of the respondents stated that a morning routine helped them to stay motivated to get out of bed. Choosing a routine that can be completed every morning results in a successful day. Experts recommend that you should get between seven to eight hours of sleep time every night. By adhering to this number of hours, along with the establishment of a morning routine, waking up each day might just become less than being a drag.
