How Mariah Yeater Cornered Herself in Justin Bieber's Baby Mama Claim [PHOTOS]

What Mariah Yeater is doing to herself simply seems to be self-destructing in every aspect.

As the 20-year-old woman claimed that Justin Bieber fathered her 3-month-old son, she has thrown loyal Beliebers into madness.

A paternity lawsuit was filed against Bieber on Monday, and no doubt, Yeater has received numerous death threats by the Baby singer's fans.

Not only that, she is essentially admitting to be a statutory rapist under California law, if Yeater's claim that she had intercourse with a minor when she was 19 while Bieber only 16 is proven to be true.

If someone over 18 has sex with someone under 18 it is called 'unlawful sex with a minor', California Criminal Defense attorney David Wohl told FOX411's Pop Tarts column.

I'm very surprised this woman would come forward claiming Bieber fathered her child. In most states this would be seen as an admission to statutory rape. Perhaps she feels it is worth the risk in order to cash in on some potentially huge child support dollars.

If she turns out to be fabricating the allegations, she and her lawyers could be responsible to pay Bieber's attorneys' fees and other damages for conducting malicious prosecution, Mitchell Langberg of Brownstein/Hyatt/Farber/Scheck LLP told Fox News.

Whether her claim is to be proven true or not, Yeater may have shortened her own life just by offending millions of Justin Bieber fans.

According to Yeater, she was pulled to the backstage of Bieber's Los Angeles concert in Oct., 2010, when the singer asked her to go to a private area - a bathroom - where his personality changed drastically. Bieber and Yeater then had a sexual intercourse which was brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds, according to Yeater.

It was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed...and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time, the Daily Mail quoted Yeater as saying.

Yeater claims that she stole Bieber's virginity in the intercourse.

Mariah Yeater is pursuing a modest and rightful claim. There is credible evidence that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of her baby. The evidence will be revealed in court, Yeater's lawyers told Star as they requested a DNA test from Bieber.

Yeater's baby, Tristyn Anthony markhouse Yeater, was born in July, and the delivery cost allegedly mounted to $25,000.

The unemployed 20-year-old, who is on food stamps and has just $400 in the bank, maintains that she contacted Bieber's representatives after she conceived the baby, but never received a call back.

Yeater requested $12,000 per month in child support from the pop singer, who is ordered to appear in court on Dec. 15.

Justin Bieber, on the other hand, voiced his stance through a spokesperson, It's sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims. The Canadian pop star will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.

Bieber himself responded to the buzz on Twitter on Wednesday,
