How Much Does Mama June Weigh After Size 4 Transformation?
“From Not to Hot” star Mama June Shannon underwent a total transformation, but for the first time she shared how much weight she lost. After starting at 460 pounds, the Georgia mother slimmed down into the middle 100s, she told Entertainment Tonight Online Tuesday.
“I’m in the 160s,” the WEtv reality star said. “I’m probably four or five pounds off from being there.”

To complete her look, Shannon had several plastic surgery procedures. She went through a tummy tuck, breast lift and skin removal on her neck and arms. She affectionately called those areas her turkey neck and bat wings.
“I’m happy that I went through with it and got what I wanted,” she said about the surgeries. “I’ve been wanting it a long time. I’m always doing stuff for everybody else and never myself, so this is pretty much myself.”
Once a size 22, the 37-year-old never wants to look like she once did. “I will do whatever it takes,” Shannon said. “You have to exercise, you have to maintain.”
When it comes to clothing, she wears a size 4 or a size 5. “These are a size 5 and they’re too big,” she told ET Online about her jeans. “In a dress size, a size 4… I don’t honestly know. I haven’t been shopping at all.”
Part of the reason Shannon decided to undergo the transformation was to seek revenge on her ex-husband, Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson, who cheated on her while they were married. The former couple split in September 2014.
“I know I look good, but I am kind of nervous. This will be the first time I’ve seen Sugar Bear since the surgery and I don’t know what he’s going to think,” she said in a sneak peek clip of Friday’s episode, which was obtained by Us Weekly Monday. “I don’t know if I’m ready for this.”
Shannon drove 90-minutes to show off her new look. “Just being back in McIntrye brings back a lot of bad memories,” June told the cameras in a confessional. “People who haven’t seen me in a couple of years are going to be shocked. Like, what the f--- am I doing here? That’s the house that I used to live in with the kids when Alana was little. Yeah, they did a lot of work to the house and it looks better, but it’s still the same damn house. That house doesn’t serve good memories.”
Don’t miss the season finale of “Mama June: Not to Hot,” which airs Friday at 9 p.m. EDT on WEtv.
