How Much Will Kim Kardashian Make For Wedding? Kardashian Set To Rake In Millions To Marry Kanye West, Says Report
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may not be filming their wedding, but they are still set to rake in millions. After reportedly making $17.9 million from her wedding to NBA player Kris Humphries, the reality star is said to be getting even more money this time around.
InTouch reports Kardashian will make $21 million from her May 24 wedding in Paris. How is that possible? The star is “cutting deals left and right,” and momager Kris Jenner is trying to get her and West “another $4 million for their wedding photos,” a source says. In 2011, most of Kardashian’s money from her wedding was earned through various sponsorship deals and freebies. That means she made nearly $250,000 a day for her 72-day marriage.
Last week, Kardashian revealed the highly anticipated wedding will not be filmed for her reality show. "We are not filming our wedding for ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians.’ You will see everything leading up til and after! As much as we would love to share these memories on camera, we’ve decided to keep this close to our heart & share thru photos," she tweeted.
While the cost of the total wedding remains unknown, Grazia UK reports the couple will be spending upwards of $25 million on wedding favors alone. Included in the $125,000 goodie bags? $500 bottles of Bollinger champagne, $200 Creme de la Mer products, handmade souvenir trinkets with Kim and Kanye's initials etched in Swarovski crystals, bottles of scents from local perfumeries, and $250 vouchers for treatments at the hotel's spa. Even the wedding invitations, which are said to be hand-delivered, cost a reported $1,000 each.
In October, in front of Kardashian's family and friends, West proposed to Kardashian with accompaniment from a 50-piece orchestra play Lana Del Rey’s “Young and Beautiful,” before playing his own hit song “Knock Me Down.” The couple has been dating since last year, though they have known each other for about a decade.
