The official preview trailer for Episode 6 shows scenes from the battle as Rem, Shera and the others fight against the Demon Lord and his army of ferocious beasts.

The synopsis for "How Not to Summon a Demon Lord Omega" Season 2, Episode 6 teases Diablo's arrival and he is ready to go up against the Demon Lord to save the city.

In the previous episode, Diablo rescues Horn and she reveals her origin story. Elsewhere, Rem, Shera and Lumachina move through the dungeon.

Horn is worried about Rem and the others, but Diablo assures her they can deal with the various obstacles. However, Diablo knows they cannot fight the Black Dragon that appears on the 12th underground floor.

Rem, Shera and Lumachina reach the 12th floor and encounter a Level 80 Death Dancer – Gewalt. Rem and company are shocked to meet Gewalt as they were expecting to see a dragon.

Before they can question him, Gewalt attacks Lumachina using Fire Bees. Rem steps in and summons Asulau, Dragonfly and Rockpup while Shera attacks. Gewalt uses Rose Prison to counter the attacks. He manages to defeat the trio.

Later, the Black Dragon appears before Gewalt, Rem, Shera and Lumachina. Diablo and Horn need to help Rem and her friends from Gewalt and the monster.
