How Prince Harry Teased Prince William Amid ‘Will-Mania’ To Attract More Girls
Prince Harry used to tease Prince William following all of the attention he received from girls several years ago.
While Prince William was feeling embarrassed over the alleged “Will-mania,” his younger brother made things worse for him by teasing him about it. During their walkabouts, the royal siblings noticed how girls would scream and squeal at the sight of the future King.
The Duke of Sussex encouraged his brother to wave to the women to excite them further. In the documentary “William at Thirty,” former the Sunday Telegraph correspondent Roya Nikkhah recounted what it was like for the women to swoon over the teenage prince.
“Thousands of screaming girls turned out for him. He looked very embarrassed and awkward,” she said.
Former BBC royal correspondent Jennie Bond said that Prince Harry thought that it was very funny to see his older brother in awkward situations so he used to tease him by asking him to wave again and again in front of the crowd.
“And so William would and screams all around – it was just crazy,” Bond said.
But despite the royal siblings’ playful banter, it was also revealed that they were very professional during their royal engagements even at a young age. And after Princess Diana passed away in a car crash in Paris, Prince William reminded the public of his late mother because of their resemblance.
One news reporter previously said that 15-year-old Prince William was tall and had a demure smile. He also inherited his mom’s good looks making him a real heartthrob.
Meanwhile, Prince William and Prince Harry’s once close relationship is now being questioned by royal experts who are convinced that the siblings are not in good terms.
Rumors of an alleged feud between the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex surfaced after the latter tied the knot with Meghan Markle. Ahead of the royal couple’s wedding, Prince William tried to talk Prince Harry out of marrying the “Suits” alum rather too soon.
