How Princess Margaret’s Birth ‘Predicted’ King Edward VIII’s Abdication, According To Astrologer
Princess Margaret’s birth reportedly predicted King Edward VIII’s abdication, according to astrologer R.H. Naylor.
In the Netflix documentary “Astrology, Explained,” it was revealed that Naylor’s astrological predictions are all accurate. The astrologer predicted that Princess Margaret will grow up scorn of restraint, which was correct.
Naylor also predicted that on Princess Margaret’s 7th birthday, an event of tremendous importance will take place in the royal family. Just before the princess celebrated her special day, her uncle, King Edward VIII abdicated the throne.
King George VI, Princess Margaret, took over his brother’s reign. And this resulted in Queen Elizabeth II becoming the heir to the throne.
In related news, Princess Margaret also made headlines this week after it was reported that she burned the private letters of Princess Diana addressed to the Queen to protect the royals.
William Shawcross, a royal biographer, claimed that Princess Margaret once told her friend that she ordered large bin bags of personal letters to be destroyed because they were so private.
“Princess Margaret was engaged on one of her periodic sortings of her mother’s papers. On the Princess’s orders, large black bags of papers were taken away for destruction rather than for ultimate consignment to the Royal Archives. There is no record of just what was thus lost but Princess Margaret later revealed that among the papers she had destroyed were letters from the Princess of Wales to Queen Elizabeth – because they were so private. No doubt Princess Margaret felt that she was protecting her mother and other members of the family. It was understandable, although regrettable from a historical viewpoint,” he said.
Shawcross’ revelation came after it was also reported that Prince Charles expected Princess Diana to live in his shadow. In the Netflix documentary “The Royal House of Windsor,” the royal couple’s relationship was dubbed as a mismatch since the beginning.
“Charles felt he could impose his own personality on her and she would become a kind of female compliment to him,” historian Dr. Piers Brendon said (via Express).
