You can opt for three simple home exercises. These have been proven effective by many and are also recommended by health experts. In Express’ report, Nicole Wright, a nutrition coach, and personal trainer revealed that exercises, which increase your heart rate, are the ones that help blast belly fat away. With these exercises, you don’t need to go to the gym to blast. These exercises target visceral fat, and by doing these with patience and consistency, you might start noticing a huge difference.
Plie Squat with Opening Arms
You need to stand straight with your feet set slightly wider than the width of the shoulders. Turn your feet out into 20 to 30 degrees. Bring both arms right above your head. Next is for you to bend your knees. They should be in the same way that your feet are pointing. While you are bending your knees, try to open your arms in an arc above you, then bring them back again to your side. When you straighten up, bring your arms back again right over your head.
Step Ups
This exercise may be the easiest that you can do. All that you need is something to step up on. You can use the stairs or perhaps a low sturdy chair. Start by standing straight with both arms at the side. Step up with one leg, then the other. As you step up, you should curl your forearms. When you step down, you also need to bring your arms down again to your side. You can increase the intensity by holding weights on both arms as you do the exercise. You can also increase the height of the steps.
Core Twist
Doing core twists at home is one of the most effective exercises. You can do this by sitting on the floor, knees bent, and only your heels are the only one resting on the ground. Lean back slightly. Your back must be straight. Try to pull your stomach muscles. At this position, try rotating your arms all the way to one side and then to the other side. Make sure that your shoulders are not hunched forward.
