How 'Vanderpump Rules' Alums Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute Are Gearing Up For A Comeback
It's safe to say that Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute have hit rock bottom after losing their roles on Bravo's "Vanderpump Rules," as well as brand deals, representation, and more. However, despite this tumultuous time in their lives, the reality stars seem to be already preparing for their comebacks.
According to their new representative, Steve Honig of The Honig Company -- a full-service publicity, public relations, and issue management company -- Stassi and Kristen are prepared to put in the work to earn their lives back.
"Stassi and Kristen acknowledged what they did was wrong, have apologized and been punished," Honig said in a statement sent to International Business Times on Friday.
"Without casting aside their actions or the impact of those actions, they want to move forward as part of the solution in ways that are productive, meaningful and sincere," Honig added. "Both of them recognize actions speak louder than words and that is what will guide them as they move forward."
The statement comes just days after Bravo announced that Stassi and Kristen, along with two other controversial "Vanderpump Rules" cast members, were fired from the show that made them stars.
"Bravo and Evolution Media confirmed on Tuesday (June 9) that Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni will not be returning to 'Vanderpump Rules,'" the network said at the time.
Stassi and Kristen's downfall stemmed from their former co-star Faith Stowers, one of the few black cast members on the show to date, dropping the bombshell that the duo had once unjustly called the cops on her in 2018 -- an incident that both Stassi and Kirsten admitted to.
"There was this article on Daily Mail where there was an African American lady. It was a weird photo, so she looked very light-skinned and had these different, weird tattoos. They showcased her, and I guess this woman was robbing people," Faith, who appeared on the Bravo show in Season 4 and 6, explained.
"And they called the cops and said it was me," she added. "This is like, a true story. I heard this from actually Stassi in an interview."
Stassi and Kristen have both issued public apologies on their respective Instagram pages, however, a report has claimed that neither party reached out to Faith personally before doing so.
