HTC Unveils 'One Series' Smartphones at MWC 2012
MWC 2012 at Barcelona is off to a running start in showing up the latest mobiles that will set a new trend in the mobile industry.
Taiwanese mobile major HTC has unveiled its One series of Android OS Smartphones. The One series comprises of One X, One S and One V.
HTC, the global leader in mobile innovation and design, has taken the plunge in providing the best camera features and the sound quality in its latest smartphone lineup.
The Beats audio promises a richer and a realistic sound experience whether one is listening to the music, playing games or watching the videos. The camera system is no less as both One X and One S comes with a rear-facing 8-megapixel shooter.
The best moments in life are captured with a photo or remembered by a song, so it was key for the HTC One series to improve these emotional experiences with an amazing camera and authentic sound experience. We are very focused on creating a camera and audio experience customers will love and use often and we believe the HTC One series delivers this in a way never seen on a phone before. said Peter Chou, CEO of HTC Corporation.
The HTC One series Android Smartphones will begin shipping in April by more than 140 mobile operators and the distributors. HTC this time has integrated the Dropbox feature that will provide 25 GB of free space for two years.
HTC One X:
The HTC One X will be the first quad-core Android Smartphone that has a 4.7 inch Super LCD2 with the Gorilla glass and a resolution of 1280x 720 pixels. The camera can take a shot in just 0.7 seconds and the new super fast auto-focus makes it possible to take unlimited continuous shots by just holding the shutter button. The HTC One X runs on Nvidia Tegra 3 Mobile processor that provides a longer battery life, where the battery capacity is 1800mAh.
HTC One S:
The HTC One S has been the thinnest in the HTC range of Smartphones. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor that has a 4.3 inch screen with a Gorilla Glass and a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. The camera has 1.3-megapixels sensor in the front and 8-Megapixels sensor in the rear. The battery capacity is 1650mAh.
HTC One V:
The HTC V features the most simple, iconic aluminum unibody design without the craftsmanship and the quality. The HTC V is featured with a 3.7 inch Super LCD2 display and a resolution of 480x800 pixels. It includes the memory of 512MB RAM and an internal storage of 4 GB. It is devoid of a front-facing camera but has a 5-megapixels rear-facing shooter. The battery capacity is 1500mAh.
