Hugh Hefner's trust has been unveiled and it requires the beneficiaries to be clean to receive their inheritance.

Entertainment Tonight obtained a copy of the Playboy founder's trust. The document stated that the beneficiaries include his widow Crystal Harrison and four children Christie, David, Marston and Cooper. They need to have a clean and quality life in order to receive their share from Hefner's remaining fortune.

"If the trustees reasonably believe that a beneficiary of any trust routinely or frequently uses or consumes any illegal substance so as to be physically or psychologically dependent upon that substance, or is clinically dependent upon the use or consumption of alcohol or any other legal drug or chemical substance that is not prescribed by a board certified medical doctor or psychiatrist in a current program of treatment supervised by such doctor or psychiatrist, and if the Trustees reasonably believe that as a result the beneficiary is unable to care for himself or herself, or is unable to manage his or her financial affairs, all mandatory distributions to the beneficiary, all the beneficiary’s withdrawal rights, and all of the beneficiary’s rights to participate in decisions concerning the removal and appointment of Trustees will be suspended," the document reads.

The trustees can request drug testing and treatment for any beneficiaries if they suspect any drug abuse. They also have the power to resume the fund distribution if the examinations indicate that the beneficiary is negative from drug abuse and is able to take care of himself or herself.

Hefner's widow, Harris, was still grieving his death a week after his passing. According to her, she was heartbroken and grateful to her late husband who made her feel loved and gave her life and direction.

"I haven't been able to bring myself to write most people back to thank them for their condolences. I am heartbroken," Harris told Us Weekly. "I am still in disbelief. We laid him to rest Saturday. He is in the place he was always certain he wanted to spend eternity."

Hefner's ex-girlfriend, Holly Maddison, claimed that she saw his will on the day she left the Playboy mansion. At that time, the document stated that the fortuned "would be divvied up starting with roughly 50 percent to his charitable foundation and the bulk of the remainder divided evenly between his four children: Christie, David, Marston, and Cooper."

Maddison was entitled to receive $3 million following Hefner's death if she's still in the mansion. Maddison was offended by the will as she felt that the businessman was trying to buy her.
