Hulu’s ‘Light As A Feather’ Season 2: Meet New Cast And Characters

Hulu’s teen horror series “Light as a Feather,” based on Zoe Aarsen’s Wattpad story “Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board,” returns with Season 2 on Friday, and there are quite a few new cast members and characters joining for the new episodes.

After the events of the Season 1 finale, McKenna’s (Liana Liberato) now inherited the lethal curse and “finds herself plagued by the mysterious chrysalis on her back, a ticking clock compelling her to play a new round of the game,” according to the synopsis. “But McKenna refuses, unwilling to put anyone else in harm’s way. However, as the curse begins to destroy her from the inside out, she’s forced to turn to the only person who can possibly help her — Violet (Haley Ramm).”

The new cast joining returning actors Liberato, Ramm, Brianne Tju (Alex), Jordan Rodrigues (Trey), Brent Rivera (Isaac) and Dylan Sprayberry (Henry) for Season 2 of “Light as a Feather” are:

Katelyn Nacon (Sammi)

Those who watch a lot of streaming shows will recognize Nacon from the former go90, now Hulu, show, “T@gged.” She also starred as Enid on AMC’s popular post-apocalyptic horror series, “The Walking Dead.”

Kira Kosarin (Nadia)

The 21-year-old actress starred as Phoebe on the Nickelodeon superpower-filled series, “The Thundermans,” from 2013 to 2018. Most recently, Kosarin guest-starred on Freeform’s “Good Trouble” as Aria. She also released her debut album, “Off Brand,” earlier this year.

Froy Gutierrez (Ridge)

Aside from his roles on Nickelodeon’s “Bella and the Bulldogs,” ABC’s “The Goldbergs” and Netflix’s “One Day at a Time,” he also recurred on MTV’s “Teen Wolf” as Nolan, which is the same show on which fellow “Light as a Feather” actor Sprayberry starred.

Adriyan Rae (Peri)

Prior to joining this Hulu series, Rae could be seen on shows like “Brockmire,” “Star,” “Atlanta” and “American Soul.”

Alex Wassabi (Luke)

Viewers might recognize Wassabi from his time on YouTube Premium’s murder-mystery show, “Escape the Night.” The actor and social media star also makes his own YouTube videos and has over 11 million subscribers on the platform.

Alisa Allapach (April)

Previously, Allapach recurred on the MMA drama “Kingdom” as Kacey, on “Days of Our Lives” as Annabelle, and, most recently, she guest-starred on a Season 1 episode Freeform’s “Good Trouble” as Lara.

Robyn Lively (Deb)

Although Lively’s a new cast member for Season 2, her role is not new. In Season 1, the character of Deb, McKenna’s mom, was played by Dorian Brown Pham, and now Lively will portray the character in Season 2. The actress is best known for starring in the 1989 film “Teen Witch” and for her Amazon Prime Video series “Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street.”
