Hurricane Irene 2011: TV Reporter Gives Live Storm Update Covered in Raw Sewage [VIDEO]
Reporting live about Hurricane from Ocean City, Maryland Sunday, Tucker Barnes, a TV reporter for WTTG, was drenched in what he described as organic matter that doesn't taste great.
But what he didn't know was that he was actually being immersed in the remnants of raw sewage.
Barnes was on the boardwalk when the green foam started to surround him. He said it had a sandy consistence and, I can tell you firsthand, it doesn't smell great, the Daily Mail reported.
The foam is thought to be the effect of raw sewage pouring into the ocean during the storm.
