'I Am Jazz' Season 8: Jazz Jennings, Family Announce Show's Premiere Date

Jazz Jennings and her family will officially return to the small screen for an all-new season of "I Am Jazz" early next year.

On Tuesday, the reality stars dropped their big announcement via the Jennings family's new Instagram page. They shared a wacky video announcing the eighth installment in their reality series.

In the clip, the family gathers around in front of the camera while a sped-up version of "Miss You" by Oliver Tree and Robin Schulz plays in the background. Jazz, her parents Greg and Jeanette, and siblings Ari, Sander and Griffen then dance cheerfully once the overlay text reveals that there will be a new season of their show.

"New season of 'I Am Jazz' premieres Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 10 p.m. ET on TLC," read the text at the bottom of the clip.

"We're coming back!!! #IAmJazz," the family captioned the post.

Sander quickly left a comment, saying, "Can't wait for you all to continue to watch our family evolve, grow and love."

Fans were delighted upon hearing the news. They expressed their excitement by leaving comments on the post.

"Yay! My husband and I are so happy. You all are awesome and helping others too. Jazz is a great woman and should be proud of herself. You all should be," one wrote.

"Woooooooooo!! I have been seriously missing the show. This is the BEST news," another added.

Prior to the announcement, Jazz took to her personal Instagram account to say that she's "the luckiest, most blessed to have such a great support system" in her family. She also encouraged her fans to visit their new page because they would drop big news there.

Variety already confirmed last month that TLC renewed "I Am Jazz" for a new season. The outlet also revealed that Season 8 would feature Jazz's return to Florida after surviving her first year at Harvard.

Meanwhile, a previous update on their family's page revealed that Greg and Jeanette have been traveling around ever since Jazz, their youngest child, left for college.

"Now that all the Jennings siblings are out of the house, Greg and Jeanette are empty nesters! They have been spending their alone time going on more trips together. Look at how happy they are on the slopes," read the caption for a photo showing the couple sporting winter clothes and snow gear.
