Ice-T And Coco Reveal Baby’s Sex And Name During Premiere Episode Of Their New Talk Show
It’s a girl, it’s a girl! On Monday, expecting parents Ice-T and Nicole “Coco” Austin unveiled the sex of their baby during the premiere of their morning talk show “Ice & Coco.” But that was only the first piece of exciting news that the twosome shared with their audience members throughout the episode. The couple of 14 years also revealed the name they plan on giving their daughter:
“Already got a name. The girl’s name is Chanel,” the “Law & Order: SVU” star said proudly.
“Yes. Little Chanel,” Coco stated before adding that people have been constantly trying to guess how many months pregnant she is. “And another thing is people are like, ‘Well how many, how far along are you?”
Before revealing the answer, she asked members of the audience to guess. The crowd yelled out numbers, ranging from two to four months. But the mother-to-be, who announced her pregnancy just a week earlier, confirmed that she was 21 weeks along. “I’m over five months,” the talk show host said with confidence as she showed off her baby bump. The model took off her jacket, giving the crowd a better look, as she exposed her growing belly in her fitted, black dress.
“We've been doing all kinds of cute dressing to try to shade, but there it is," the former rapper said with delight.
The audience wasn't the only one surprised to hear how far along Coco is. The duo’s guest star, Nicole “Snooki” LaValle, stared in awe at Coco’s slim figure.
“That’s not normal,” the “Jersey Shore” alum, who has two children herself, quipped. “You look like me after I’ve had a glass of wine.”
Speaking of wine, Coco dished that she’s lost her desire to have a glass of red now that she’s with child. "The thing is I totally switched off. Like the vodka, everything. You don't even want to taste it. You don't even care," Coco admitted. So what is Coco craving? Well, the glowing star confessed to People magazine that she’s been indulging on a variety of fruit, like honeydew, blueberries and pineapple -- and soda.
“I’m not really a soda girl but I’m craving bubbles,” she said.
