Idina Menzel Wardrobe Malfunction: 'My Boob's Popping Out?'

Idina Menzel really knows how to think on her feet, judging from the way she handled a wardrobe malfunction during a performance at Radio City Music Hall in New York on Monday.

Menzel -- who voices snow queen Elsa in the hit Disney film “Frozen” -- was in the middle of “Take Me or Leave Me” from “Rent” when an audience member alerted her that something was suddenly a bit too exposed.

“My boob’s popping out?” Menzel asked the crowd, as they burst into laughter. The 43-year-old cracked some jokes on stage as a woman from from the crew showed up to help her with her top. “Well, [Maureen Johnson] is a sexy character!”

“These divas need her stage! … Oh, that’s gonna be all over television,” Menzel mused. “Well, f*** it, they’re real!”

According to Hollywood Life, Menzel had gotten pretty comfortable with the audience. When she saw a glimpse of herself in the silver dress later in the show, she announced she didn’t like her “panty lines” and ran off stage to remove her underwear.

It’s certainly not the first time the Tony winner has had to improvise. You might remember when John Travolta famously mispronounced her name as "Adele Dazeem" during the 2014 Oscars.

It "threw me for a minute," Menzel told Billboard after Travolta’s slipup. "But then I just got back on track and reminded myself of where I was and what a beautiful moment it was."

"He was really gracious and sent this gorgeous email and we're buddies and it's all cool," she added.
