Iggy Azalea Chin Implant Rumors Swirl; Nick Young Loves Her New Face After Apparent Plastic Surgery: Report

“Fancy” rapper Iggy Azalea hasn’t admitted to having facial plastic surgery, but it appears evident to many fans that the Australian superstar probably had a nose job and a chin implant. While some are perplexed by her new look, boyfriend Nick Young loves her enhanced appearance, Hollywood Life wrote in an exclusive report Tuesday.

“Nick loves Iggy’s new look. He digs it a lot and tells her she’s got ‘lady swag’ for doing a few minor things to enhance her look,” an insider said. “He thinks Iggy is one of the most beautiful girls” in the world. The anonymous insider added: “He really loves Iggy, treats her like a queen and he’s all about her."

Even though Young is pleased with the outcome of her alleged surgery, he doesn’t want her to get addicted. She recently admitted that she had a breast augmentation and it’s widely assumed she had a Brazilian butt lift to achieve her curvaceous derriere. “Nick doesn’t want Iggy to get addicted to surgery, though. A few things here and there are OK, but he doesn’t want it to get out of hand.”

If she did have a nose job and chin implant procedure, she might cop up to it in the near future. She certainly wasn’t shy about announcing she got a boob job. "I just love them so much I had to talk about them," she told reporters at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in late March, according to People.

"I'd feel better not to have some secret," she said. "I just feel it's much freer to just say it, and then you don't have to worry about if anyone is gonna dig up things." Her friends joked she probably could have gotten away without admitting to the cosmetic surgery because “they’re so small,” but Azalea, whose real name is Amethyst Kelly, said she’s a “blabber mouth.”
