‘I’m A Celeb...’ Caitlyn Jenner, James Haskell’s Hideous & Dangerous Deeds For Meals
Caitlyn Jenner, James Haskell and the rest of their camp mates needed to do something hideous and dangerous first so they can eat. Boy, aren’t we all lucky?
In a faraway land where there is only Jenner, Haskell and their other camp mates, Ian Wright, Jacqueline Jossa and Andrew Maxwell (let’s not include the hosts and the other staff of the “I’m A Celeb… Get Me Out Of Here,” shall we?), faced a test of courage and endurance.
What are the mechanics of this episode? Viewers of the “I’m A Celeb… Get Me Out Of Here” chose the crawlies that each celebrity had to face and endure, The Sun reported. These little creatures were scorpions, spiders, snakes and rats. Jenner, Haskell and their celebrity camp mates were each given 2 mins. to release two stars inside a box with an Allen key wrench. Those stars will earn them meals for the camp. In addition, the hosts revealed that after the “Face Your Fears” trial, the camp mates would be allowed to live together in the main camp.
Here’s the twist though — Jenner, Haskell and the others had to wear a clear Perspex helmet, while their hands are inside the box. Here’s a short clip of Jossa facing her biggest fear —spiders!
As you can see in the short video, the “I’m A Celeb…” staff placed the spiders not only inside the box where Jossa had to place her hands so she can detach the stars, but also inside the helmet.
Haskell had to endure rats inside the helmet and box, while Maxwell’s were cockroaches. Jenner, who’s appearance to this show reportedly earned her £500,000 per Cosmopolitan’s report, faced jungle snakes, while Wright’s were scorpions. In the end, everybody rejoiced as the team earned 7 stars.
For those who are not familiar of this show, “I’m A Celeb… Get Me Out Of Here” started back in August, 2002. The concept of this program is pretty much the same as the “Survivor.” The only difference is, the participants in the former are —well— celebrities.
They live together in an Australian jungle camp and had to face and learn to cope with some discomforts. Each member has to face a challenge to earn additional food and rewards for the group. The voters will have to choose who they will go and stay. Ultimately, during the final episode of the show, the audience will have to nominate one celebrity as the King or Queen of the Jungle.
Watch the “I’m A Celeb… Get Me Out Of Here” every night at 9 p.m. on ITV.
