'I'm Quitting Heroing' Episode 8 Live Stream: How To Watch Online, Spoilers

Leo is set to head into the future in "I'm Quitting Heroing" Episode 8. The new episode is titled "Tokyo, 2060 A.D."

The official website has released the synopsis, promo trailer and spoiler stills of "I'm Quitting Heroing" Episode 8. The trailer shows Leo with an otherworldly creature as they wander in a city that has been destroyed.

It is likely that they are in Tokyo in 2060 A.D.

In the previous episode, titled "A Good Warrior Isn’t Always A Good Boss," Julietta informed Leo about General Edvard. She told Leo how Edvard's troops were defeated by a mediocre enemy.

Edvard took the responsibility for the failure because he himself trained the troops. He decided that the only way to rectify this was by sacrificing his life.

Leo was upset when he heard about Edvard's intention. Since Edvard was a skilled fighter, he assumed all his soldiers were as skilled as him. Julietta added that when Edvard saw his soldiers were unable to defeat the enemy, he thought they simply weren't trying hard enough.

Meanwhile, Mernes informed Shutina and Lili about Leo's origin. However, they still wanted to trust him.

"After saving humanity from the despicable Demon King, Leo Demonhart does not earn a hero's standing. Instead, he is regarded with suspicion and hostility by those he fought to protect," read the official series summary, according to Sentai.

"Treated as a pariah with nowhere else to turn, exiled Leo seeks a position in the army of his former nemesis! But the army is not what it once was before its defeat at Leo's hands, so to maintain his new position, Leo must whip the forces back into fighting shape," the summary continued.

The anime is based on the original story by Quantum. The opening theme song of the anime, titled "Broken Identity," is performed by Minori Suzuki. The closing theme song, "Growing," is by Nao Toyama.

"I'm Quitting Heroing" Episode 8 is scheduled to release Tuesday. Fans in the U.S. can watch the episode online on Hidive. The episode will stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
