Ben Affleck has listed his mansion in Los Angeles' Pacific Palisades neighborhood for $30 million Tuesday, weeks after he tied the knot with Jennifer Lopez in July.
The "Argo" actor and director, 49, purchased the property, which spans about 13,500 square feet, TMZ reported.
The estate sits on a tree-lined street on the edge of the Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles and has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a massive pool and a spa, according to the outlet.
It has a three-car garage, a motor court, a home theater and an office, according to the Wall Street Journal reported, citing the property's listing.
The mansion features a columned front porch. The family room has a wall of glass that opens to the outdoor space, while the recreation room comes with a full bar, a temperature-controlled walk-in wine cellar and a gym, according to the listing.
The neighborhood, known locally as the Palisades Riviera, is home to several other celebrities, including Matt Damon and Hilary Swank, WSJ reported.
After their wedding, Affleck and Lopez moved to a mansion previously owned by Mariah Carey's ex, James Packer, TMZ reported. According to the outlet, the couple is only leasing the home, which Packer reportedly purchased for $60 million.
In March, TMZ reported, citing unnamed real estate sources, that Lopez and Affleck agreed to pay over $50 million for their new love nest -- a 20,000-square-foot estate in the Bel-Air area of Los Angeles.
But unnamed sources told the outlet at the time that the purchase had not been finalized yet because there were still contingencies that needed to be satisfied.
This home has 10 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and four kitchens, along with a theater, a gym and a pool, according to the outlet. The extremely private residence is reportedly surrounded by trees and has a great view of the city.
The couple met in 2001 on the set of their movie "Gigli," and by 2002, they had gotten engaged. However, Affleck and Lopez decided to call off their engagement in early 2004.
Nearly two decades later, they rekindled their romance in April 2021 and finally tied the knot in Las Vegas in July.
Affleck has a net worth of $150 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. The actor's real-estate portfolio also includes an island compound in Georgia, which he listed for $8.9 million in 2018, according to WSJ.
Meanwhile, Lopez is estimated to be worth a whopping $400 million.
