A paradise in Beverly Hills — that is what Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s former home is. The massive mansion is reportedly on sale for a whooping amount of $49 million.

The location of the Pitt and Aniston’s former property is about 13 miles from Los Angeles International Airport and 11 miles from downtown. The 1.2-acre 12,000 square foot estate is in Beverly Hills.
Pitt and Aniston’s former house has 4 bedrooms and a dining room that can accommodate 20 people anchored by a marble fireplace. The mansion also features a spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows that opens directly to the backyard pool area.
The resort-like pool area has privacy hedges and shaded lounges. Pitt and Aniston also ensured that the house has an outdoor dining and entertainment area.
Pitt and Aniston spent 3 years remodeling the house before it selling to Jonathan Brooks, founder of Smithwood Partners, after their divorce. They added heated marble kitchen floors, private home theater and a pub, whose wood floors were imported from a 200-year-old French Castel. Brooks did his own renovations too, adding a tennis court, pavilion and a separate guest room.
Pitt and Aniston’s former mansion reportedly had a selling price of $56 million. But Susan Smith of Hilton& Hyland clarified that the price was just an estimate. The listing agent reportedly told Mansion Global that they officially decided to go on the market with a price below $50 million.
She added that they were not looking to test the market. Rather, they were selling Pitt and Aniston’s former home at a realistic price, Business Insider reported.
Pitt and Aniston bought the house in 2001 from Ken Ziffren, an entertainment attorney, for $13.1 million. Built in 1930, the mansion was formerly owned by Hollywood actors Fredric March and Florence Eldridge.
Wallace Neff was the one who designed the old mansion for March and Eldridge. Neff was reportedly considered as one of the top architects in Southern California during the golden age of architecture. With such status, he was the go-to architect for some of Hollywood’s most dazzling celebrities.
Wallis Annenberg, a philanthropist, bought the house from the couple then later on, sold it to Ziffren, Architectural Digest reported.
Pitt and Aniston had their first date in 1998n after they were set up by their agents and got married in 2000, Marie Claire reported.
