Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s V-Shaped LA mansion is on sale, reportedly dropping its price from $4.5 Million to $4.2 Million.

Why was the price dropped? The price of Musk’s mansion was reportedly a bit high, hence, Hilton & Hyde, real estate agency, could not secure a buyer.

Step inside Musk’s V-Shaped LA mansion and be amazed by the lustrous and modish design of its interior and exterior.

Musk’s mansion stands in Brentwood neighborhood, which is about 15 miles Northwest of Downtown Los Angeles. It doesn’t matter if it is close to the streets because the house’s huge privacy hedges help keep it secluded.

Musk’s mansion stood on a queer-looking, triangular lot. The simplest, closest description one could give upon observing the house in an aerial point of view was that it looked like the letter V.

Hilton & Hyde, described Musk’s mid-century modern home as sleek and stylish. The exterior part of the property is a definite stress reliever as it features a saltwater pool and spa coupled with a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the city.

Meanwhile, the interior part of the Musk’s mansion features an open living space with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows, Business Insider reported. Right next to the living room is the cook’s kitchen with a wide counter space.

The house also features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom is reportedly at the second level with floor-to-ceiling windows and a gigantic walk-in closet.

The Tesla CEO and ex-wife Talulah Riley bought the house for $3.69 Million in 2014. The couple got married in 2010. Not long after, the billionaire and the “Westworld” actress split up.

Musk transferred the ownership of the property to Riley in October, 2016. It was in the same year that the finalization of their divorce papers happened, CNBC reported.

Musk’s house in Brentwood is reportedly one of the several mansions he owns. In fact, he reportedly owns a $24.25 Million mansion in the Bel Air neighborhood, which he bought in 2016.

The CEO and Chairman of Tesla Motors has real-time net worth of $19 Billion, according to Forbes. Musk also owns SpaceX, a rocket company, whose current value is reportedly at more than $20 Billion.

Originally from South Africa, he migrated to Canada when he was 17. He then moved to the United States to study at the University of Pennsylvania as a transfer student.

Musk deferred his attendance to a graduate program at Standford University to launch the software company Zip2 — his first business.
