Inside Emma Roberts, Garrett Hedlund’s LA Mansion Couple Is Selling For $2 Million

Emma Roberts and Garrett Hedlund are flipping another property in the expensive Los Angeles neighborhood of Los Feliz.

The Hollywood couple listed their Spanish-style mansion for nearly $2 million, Us Weekly reported Tuesday.

The estate features three bedrooms and four bathrooms, and it sits on around 7,300 square feet of land. The house was constructed in 1926, but it went through a major renovation in 2001 that added a modern touch to the property.

Based on its Zillow listing, the property is already in contingency. This means the couple has already accepted an offer from a potential buyer, but the sale would not be finalized until certain requirements are met by the latter.

This would be the second Los Feliz estate that the “Wild Child” star, 30, has sold in a span of two years. In October last year, Roberts also sold a three-story villa situated in the Laughlin Park gated community.

She purchased the villa for over $4 million around two and a half years before she sold it to the new owners, who agreed to pay $5.9 million for the 1922-built property, according to Architectural Digest.

At the time of the sale of the vila, Roberts was still expecting her first child with the “Tron: Legacy” actor, 37. When the couple welcomed their son Rhodes in December last year, they had already moved into a $3.2 million house in Hollywood Hills that was also built in the early-1920s.

The Colonial-style property, which covers 2,500 square feet of land, featured three bedrooms that were all located upstairs. Two of the house’s bedrooms that serve as guest rooms share a single full bathroom. The estate was not officially listed, so the actress was presumed to have bought it off-market, according to Dirt.

It was not clear when exactly Roberts and Hedlund purchased the Los Feliz property that they listed on the market this week.

The couple started dating in March 2019 after Roberts called off her engagement to ex Evan Peters. At the time, sources told Us Weekly that Roberts and Hedlund were friends before they started dating.

One source also told the entertainment news outlet that the two entered the relationship thinking that it would be “more fun than serious.” But things undeniably took a different turn when they announced their pregnancy in June 2020.
