Inside Harry Styles And Olivia Wilde's $2.45M LA Mansion

One Direction member Harry Styles and actress Olivia Wilde have reportedly been dating since the beginning of the year. And just recently, photographs of the couple enjoying their private time at their newly renovated Los Angeles home have been making the rounds online.

The two were spotted together on the singer’s Los Feliz property that has been renovated in the last two years to embrace a more modern design. Now, the multimillion mansion is equipped with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, high ceilings, hardwood floors and a kitchen with a center island, the New York Post has learned.

The residence was initially sold to Spanish songstress Lourdes Hernandez and her husband Zach Leigh for $2.45 million in 2019. The once-dated house that now features a contemporary industrial architecture reportedly rents for $10,000 a month, based on Zillow’s Zestimate.

The luxurious property has a grand piano situated in the foyer, and a large family room that is connected to the home’s backyard. The exterior also has a simple outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor bar and dining space and a built-in barbecue. The real estate was first constructed in 1981 on a nearly 4,000-square-feet piece of land. It has gated security to preserve its homeowners’ privacy.

Before staying on Styles’ Los Feliz property, the couple went on a vacation to London. They also stayed at the Hollywood Hills home of the singer’s longtime manager, Jeff Azoff. The Los Angeles property was a simple and relatively average home compared to what other wealthy personalities live in, as per The Post.

Styles’ manager spent $1,375,000 in 2014 to purchase the Laurel Canyon neighborhood home, which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a generic kitchen and dining area. The outside of the house features a small relaxation area and a swimming pool and hot tub.

The couple’s decision to live under the same roof came after Wilde’s separation from 45-year-old actor Jason Sudeikis in late 2020. Sudeikis and Wilde were engaged for seven years before announcing their amicable break-up. The two transitioned to a co-parenting routine post-split, putting their children first on their list of priorities. Sudeikis and Wilde share a four-year-old daughter, Daisy Josephine, and a six-year-old son, Otis Alexander, People reported.
