Inside Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck’s Lavish $50 Million Bel-Air Mansion

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck already found the perfect place for their blended family, but it won’t come cheap for the Hollywood couple.

The 52-year-old singer-actress and the 49-year-old actor recently entered a contract to shell out more than $50 million for a lavish Bel-Air, Los Angeles mansion that they would soon call their “family home.”

On Monday, Lopez and Affleck were spotted visiting the massive estate with the actress’ daughter, Emme, and their security team. Sources told TMZ that they spent two hours exploring the property and taking snaps of the interior.

The power couple’s new home spans nearly 20,000 square feet and features plenty of room for their children to stay. The mansion has ten bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.

The house is decked out with luxurious amenities, including an infinity-edge pool with stunning views, a home theater, a gym and a patio with a fire pit.

The mansion, situated in a secluded patch surrounded by trees, is known as “The Bellagio Estate.” It comes equipped with multiple kitchens. In addition to the high-end main kitchen, there is a catering kitchen and two others for the staff and the guest house.

The large formal dining room has a wood-burning fireplace and large windows that give owners a beautiful view of the natural surroundings.

The primary suite offers the “ultimate retreat” since it features a sitting room, double baths and expansive closets.

The previous owner of the estate was Texas hedge fund manager Todd Lemkin, who bought the property for $27.6 million in 2016, as per the New York Post.

Lemkin listed the house for a whopping $65 million, so he was walking away with a massive profit.

The “Marry Me” actress and the “Deep Water” actor settled with the Bel-Air estate after months of searching for the perfect home for their blended family.

Lopez has two children with ex-husband Marc Anthony, 13-year-old twins Max and Emme. Meanwhile, Affleck shares three kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner, Violet, 16; Seraphina, 13; and Samuel, 10.

The couple’s latest sighting comes a month after a source claimed that the two were open to the idea of getting engaged and tying the knot.

“Ben and Jen are so in love. Their loved ones would not be surprised if Ben pops the question,” the insider told ET Online. “[They] are open to the possibility of getting engaged and married.”
