Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck appear to have found the perfect home for their blended family.
The 53-year-old "Marry Me" star and the 50-year-old "Argo" director were recently spotted looking at a mansion in Los Angeles' Pacific Palisades area, as seen in photos obtained by TMZ. This is the second most expensive neighborhood in the city and is known for its picturesque canyons and stunning beaches.
TMZ and OK! magazine reported that Lopez and Affleck are in escrow to buy the property in the upscale neighborhood. International Business Times could not independently verify this information.
The agreed-upon price is unknown, but the multimillion-dollar estate is listed for $34.5 million under Gary Glass from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
According to the listing, it is a newly constructed Hamptons-inspired mansion that sits on a 43,560-square-foot lot (1 acre). It features seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a six-car garage, and a separate guest house with its own living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom.
The home, which is located in the "prestigious Rustic Canyon" and is surrounded by giant sycamore trees, boasts great exterior features including a pool, jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen with seamless vista views providing homeowners with utmost privacy.
