Inside Kanye West's Fashion Fitting Surprise For New Flame Julia Fox

Kanye West recently gave his new lady love Julia Fox a "Cinderella moment" by surprising her with a fashion fitting.

Before the "Uncut Gems" actress, 31, and the 44-year-old rapper publicized their fledgling romance Thursday, West — who goes by Ye — surprised Fox with a hotel room filled with pieces from Diesel's Spring/Summer 2022 collection and upcoming Pre-Fall 2022 line.

The Yeezy founder specifically chose to dress Fox in Diesel, including an oversize denim jacket and light-wash super skinny jeans, because he wanted the label to be "the focus of the fashionable fitting," the brand said in a statement to People.

Fox had been given 40 full looks from which to choose — 10 from Diesel's Spring 2022 runway collection and 30 from its Pre-Fall 2022 lineup, a rep for the brand told Page Six Style.

West didn't have a hard time putting things together. An unnamed insider told People that the artist is a longtime friend of Renzo Rosso, president of Diesel's parent company OTB Group, and is an admirer of Diesel creative director Glenn Martens' work. West is reportedly "following the direction in which he is taking Diesel."

"Julia had also worked with the brand in the past (she was in the Fall/Winter 2020 campaign), so knowing her existing connection, Kanye felt it was an authentic match to dress her in Martens' runway pieces," the insider told People. "He requested all runway pieces. About 40 pieces from the Spring/Summer and Pre-Fall 2022 runway collections were pulled quickly and sent to the hotel."

Fox kept six looks from the collection that West had chosen for her.

These included a buttoned baby tee with an attached belt ($375), baggy jeans with built-in boots ($1,250), acid-wash leggings and a duo of denim jacket-and-pant sets covered in Swarovski crystal quilting, according to Page Six. She reportedly also took home a pair of men's moto pants.

The items won't be sold in stores until February, the outlet noted.

West and Fox were first spotted together in Miami on New Year's Day. They reunited in New York a few days later. During their second date, they dined at Carbone and headed to his hotel, where he surprised her with the fitting.

Fox gushed over West's gesture in her blog-style Interview Magazine story, which was accompanied by a full photo spread.

"It was every girl’s dream come true. It felt like a real Cinderella moment. I don’t know how he did it, or how he got all of it there in time," Fox wrote.

"But I was so surprised. Like, who does things like this on a second date? Or any date!" she continued, adding that she was "still in shock" over West's surprise.

In her piece, Fox also opened up about how they met, writing, "I met Ye in Miami on New Year's Eve and it was an instant connection. His energy is so fun to be around. He had me and my friends laughing, dancing and smiling all night."

She added that while she didn't know where things are heading for them, she's "loving the ride."
