Karlie Kloss and husband Joshua Kushner just purchased a luxurious home in Miami while waiting for the arrival of their first baby together, a report says.
Kloss and Kushner bought the $23.5 million estate from hospitality mogul Keith Menin this summer and paid to keep the furnishings, Page Six reported. The couple's new two-story, eight-bedroom mansion sits on a 24,860-square-foot lot and is just minutes away from Joshua's brother Jared Kushner and wife Ivanka Trump.
The property boasts a swimming pool, wine cellar, summer kitchen, private gym and 10.5 bathrooms. It also has floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize waterfront views.
In photos of the property shared by Page Six, the residence has a bright and airy ambiance, with white walls and white marble mixed with light wood floorboards.
The estate is located at the prestigious North Bay Road in Miami Beach, according to the Daily Mail.
Kloss and Kushner's new home is just a 10-minute drive from the new property that his brother and his sister-in-law recently bought. The first daughter and Jared purchased a $30 million lot on Miami's high-security Indian Creek Island, which is also known as "Billionaire's Bunker," Page Six earlier reported.
It is believed that they purchased Lot 4, which was previously owned by Spanish singer-songwriter Julio Iglesias, and are planning to build a bayfront estate, per the outlet.
Meanwhile, Kloss confirmed her pregnancy in November by sharing a video of her bare baby bump. "Hello baby," she says in the clip, before blowing a kiss to the camera.
The supermodel is very excited to see her bundle of joy. "Karlie is overjoyed to be expecting her first child in 2021," a source close to Kloss recently told People. "She will be the most amazing mother."
Kloss and Kushner married in October 2018 during a Jewish ceremony in upstate New York with less than 80 guests. She and her husband celebrated their second wedding anniversary two months ago, with both posting sweet tributes for the other on social media.
Kloss shared a video of them dancing during their wedding reception. "I fall more in love with you every day Happy 2nd anniversary @joshuakushner," she wrote.
Meanwhile, Kushner shared a snap of his wife on Instagram showing Kloss sitting on a chair barefoot with a sea of clouds behind her.
"happy anniversary karlie. i pinch myself every day," he wrote.
