KEY POINTS

  • Sylvester Stallone has listed his Hidden Hills mansion for $22.5 million
  • The Hollywood actor bought the property in March for $18.2 million
  • He previously sold his Beverly Hills mansion to Adele for $58 million

Sylvester Stallone is getting rid of his palatial estate in Hidden Hills months after buying it.

The Hollywood actor, 76, and his wife Jennifer Flavin, 54, put their 10,460-square-foot home on the market Monday with an asking price of $22.5 million, TMZ has learned.

The couple is looking to earn millions from the sale of the mansion that houses four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The "Rambo" star and Flavin reportedly bought the property in March for $18.2 million.

The luxurious mansion, sitting on 2.6 acres of land with beautiful mountain views, is located in the same gated community as Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Will Smith and many more A-list artists.

The house comes with a swimming pool, a home theater, a gym and a chef's kitchen. There is also a guest house, a pool house and an ivy-covered loggia, according to Architectural Digest.

The new owners would also take over the horse barn, stables and riding arena that are part of the estate. There is also a koi pond and vegetable garden with avocado trees and more than 100 citrus plants.

The master bedroom is massive since it features a sitting area, a private balcony and dual walk-in closets.

The couple opted to list the property after their big move to a $35 million waterfront estate in Palm Beach, Florida, as per Daily Mail.

In the summer, the three-time Oscar nominee also managed to offload his Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills mansion to singer Adele for a whopping $58 million.

Amid his success in flipping expensive properties, Stallone made headlines earlier this year when Flavin filed for divorce in August after being married to him for 25 years.

However, they never moved forward with their divorce since the couple, who shares three daughters, reconciled a month after.

In October, Stallone opened up about the ordeal, saying it happened at "a very tumultuous time." He then admitted that it taught him a valuable lesson.

"There was a reawakening of what was more valuable than anything, which is my love for my family. It takes precedence over my work, and that was a hard lesson to learn," he explained.
