Inter Parfums signs new agreement for US distribution
Inter Parfums Inc.'s recently launched U.S. subsidiary Inter Parfums Luxury Brands and French subsidiary Inter Parfums S.A. will be responsible for the development and distribution of Burberry (perfumes and cosmetics), Lanvin, Mont Blanc and Jimmy Choo brands from January 1 next year. The existing distribution agreement between Inter Parfums, S.A. and P&G Prestige that is in charge of the distribution of Burbery and Lanvin in U.S. expires on December 31.
Also, in another development, Inter Parfums Luxury Brands and Clarins Fragrance Group U.S. (a Division of Clarins Group in the U.S. responsible for the Thierry Mugler, Azzaro, Porsche Design, David Yurman and Swarovski) have signed an agreement under which logistical and administrative support will be provided by Clarins Group U.S.A. from its Park Avenue offices in New York and its warehouse in Orangeburg, New York.
Inter Parfums, Inc. develops, manufactures and distributes exclusively for Burberry, Van Cleef & Arpels, Jimmy Choo, Paul Smith, Montblanc and S.T. Dupont. The Company also owns Lanvin Perfumes and Nickel, a men's skin care company and produces personal care products for specialty retailers under exclusive agreements for Gap, Banana Republic, New York & Company, Brooks Brothers, Bebe, Betsey Johnson and Nine West brands.
