iOS 5 Untethered Jailbreak Available: It's Called FastRa1n v5.0

The search for an untethered jailbreak for Apple's latest mobile Operating System, iOS 5, may be over. The FastUnlockiPhone.com team claims to have released a jailbreak tool for an untethered jailbreak iOS 5 on iPhone 4. It has been named FastRa1n v5.0.

The new version of FastRa1n is said to be capable of performing an untethered jailbreak on every Apple device, aside from the iPad 2 and iPhone 4S. It allows you to unlock your device and add tons of little apps and tweaks through Cydia.

In addition, the FastRa1n v5.0 is an untethered userland jailbreak, which means that it allows you to jailbreak a iPhone 4 running on iOS 5 via Safari browser, just like JailbreakMe 3.0.

As far as features go, untethered jailbreaks are similar to tethered ones.
