iPhone 12 Pro Max, AirPods Studio And AirPower Mini Design, Features Leaked

Details regarding Apple's upcoming products, notably the iPhone 12 Pro Max, the premium over-ear headphones called AirPods Studio and the small-sized wireless charger AirPower Mini, have been leaked online and will surely be of interest to the company's fans.

YouTuber EverythingApplePro, working with XDA Developers' Max Weinbach while also collecting various leaks on the internet, uploaded a recent video where he talked about a slew of interesting updates regarding Apple's upcoming products, such as the iPhone 12 series, the AirPods Studio, the AirPower charging pad and more.

Here's a quick look at what he had to say about the highly anticipated devices.

iPhone 12 Pro Max

The YouTuber talked about all iPhone models included in the upcoming iPhone 12 series but mentioned a few things that are specific to the biggest handset in the lineup.

He said that according to Weinbach's source, who had spent some time with the 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max, the handset might feel “uncomfortable” given its size. This is because “the bigger the size gets, the more it digs into your palm.” Nevertheless, those who don't mind having a huge smartphone in hand, or in their pockets, won't have a problem with it.

Weinbach also said the iPhone 12 Pro Max will be considered a “flagship” this year in that it will be very different from other handsets in the iPhone 12 lineup. It will have the best displays and “potentially” better cameras than the iPhone 12 Pro.

AirPods Studio

Per the YouTuber, noted leaker Jon Prosser revealed some of the key features that the AirPods Studio has.

According to Prosser, the AirPods Studio will feature “high-quality leather/metal” and have “magnetic ear cups. This supports Bloomberg's report months ago that it will make use of leather for the luxury model and will have metal bands.

Prosser also said the AirPods Studio will be reversible, meaning that users won't have to worry about ear cups covering the wrong ear. The device will detect which ear the cups are placed over and will adjust the sound accordingly. He added that it won't have a headphone jack and that it will have a USB-C port for charging.

AirPower Mini

EverythingApplePro also talked about the AirPower Mini, which is a smaller version of the ambitious AirPower charging mat that Apple worked on, canceled, then worked on again internally.

The AirPower Mini, as it is believed to be called, is about the size of a human palm and can only charge one iPhone at a time. The device is designed to line up with the magnets inside the iPhone 12 so that it can juice the handset up properly. A leaker named Komiya believes this will be released ahead of the full-sized AirPower charging mat.
