It Looks Like These ‘Walking Dead’ Characters Didn’t Get Killed By Negan In The Season 6 Finale
“Walking Dead” fans were left with a cliffhanger at the end of Season 6 when the cameras failed to reveal who new villain Negan killed with his bat, Lucille. However, recent photos obtained by TMZ might expose two characters who survived the ordeal.
On Friday the entertainment news outlet posted two photos of AMC stars Norman Reedus and Steven Yeun at the scene of a car accident in Peachtree City, Georgia. The two actors were not involved in the accident, but were said to be riding their motorcycles when they came across the incident. According to the outlet, the passengers in both vehicles suffered from minor injuries, but Reedus and Yeun waited for the paramedics to arrive.
The photos have fans wondering if Reedus and Yeun’s good deed spoiled the Season 6 cliffhanger because the accident was reportedly by the show’s set. If Reedus, who plays Daryl, and Yeun, who plays Glenn, were heading to set, then fans can assume that both their characters will be back to fight more zombies in Season 7. However, it’s important to note that they when filming for Season 6 was happening they didn’t shoot the scene where Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) kills one of the survivors. Although Negan brought Lucille down on someone’s head, the moment was filmed without an actor in place. Reedus and Yeun could simply be on set to pick up where filming left off. Or, “The Walking Dead” could be trying to fool viewers by incorporating a flashback or hallucination, something that they’ve done in the past.
If Daryl and Glenn truly are safe from Negan’s bat, then who did the leader of the Saviors kill? “Walking Dead” fans will have to wait until Season 7 premieres on AMC in the fall to find out.
