It is official now: Mark Zuckerberg is a member of Google+; Does Google+ needs to be aware?

Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg was previously rumored to be on the rival networking stream Google+ and the news was widely covered by several news agencies.

The news was confirmed when tech blogger Robert Scoble sent Zuckerberg a text message to confirm the rumor and received a reply which said Why are people so surprised that I'd have a Google account?

The rival social networking boss, at the moment, has 39 friends in one of his Circle which consist mostly of the employees of Zuckerberg’s company, according to a Brothersoft report.

Does this mean Google has to be aware from now with the Facebook CEO keeping a watch over the growing social networking stream which is expected to lower the popularity of Facebook and Twitter? Only time will tell.
