Ivana Trump's Last Will Revealed: Donald Gets Nothing, Ex-Nanny Receives $1M Condo
KEY POINTS
- Donna Curry, Ivana's ex-nanny, will receive a Florida condo
- Assets worth $34 million will be split between her three children
- The socialite's estate tax could reportedly reach $8.7 million
Ivana Trump has left behind a condo worth $1 million to her former nanny while her ex-husband Donald Trump got nothing.
Another $34 million worth of assets will be split between her three children, Don Jr., Ivanka and Eric Trump, according to a Forbes report. The late businesswoman also reportedly left two properties to her friends.
Dorothy Curry, the late Trump's former nanny who worked for the family for decades, received a condo in Florida worth more than $1 million. Ivana also left Curry her Yorkshire terrier named Tiger Trump.
In her book "Raising Trump," Ivana said that Curry was a religious woman who knelt beside her children every night and taught them prayers.
"I can't say that religion plays a large role in my life now," Ivana wrote earlier, as quoted by Forbes, "but I'm glad the children grew up talking to God."
Curry reportedly later became Ivana's assistant and remained close to the family for years.
Meanwhile, Ivana's prominent asset, a New York City townhouse located a half block from Central Park, is currently being sold at $26.5 million, as per the report. Proceeds will be split evenly among her three children, based on her will.
One of her children, Eric, is reportedly responsible for managing the estate and its dissolution after Ivana named him to be her representative. If Eric fails to perform his duties, the responsibilities will be passed on to Ivana's accountant, according to the outlet.
Former president Donald Trump received nothing from his ex-wife. The Republican politician also has been only loaning and not giving money to his children, according to SheKnows.
In 2019, Forbes reported that Don Jr. and Eric were worth about $25 million each, while Ivanka was worth more like $375 million. The outlet added that the three children's money came from their huge salaries as longtime executives at the Trump Organization.
Ivana also reportedly intended to leave a place in St. Tropez, France, to her ex-husband Rossano Rubicondi. However, Rubicondi died before the socialite in 2021. Another property in St. Tropez was left to her friend, Evelyne Galet, though their relationship is not clear, per Forbes.
The socialite's estate tax could reportedly reach $8.7 million, assuming her assets add up to $34 million.
