‘iZombie’ Season 3 Spoilers: Does Rahul Kohli Want Ravi And Liv To Hook Up?
Rahul Kohli wants to keep Ravi (Kohli) and Liv’s (Rose McIver) relationship as it is.
While Ravi and Liv’s relationship on “iZombie” has always been platonic, Kohli is well aware that there are some fans who want to see the two characters fall for each other romantically.
“I keep reading that a lot of people want to see those characters hook up romantically, and I get it. It’s a CW show and people hook up,” Kohli said in a recent interview with Collider. “But me and Rose have spoken about it and it’s something that we’re not fully behind, unless it’s many, many, many, many more seasons away from that ever happening.”

“We’re very much happy with the relationship, exactly how it is,” Kohli continued. “Me and Rose are so proud of it. It’s a relationship that mirrors the one we have, off-screen. We are very much like brother and sister, and it feeds one into another. The closer Ravi and Liv get, the closer Rahul and Rose get. It’s the same dynamic, on and off-screen.”
During a Facebook Live Q&A with fans earlier this month, McIver was also asked if Ravi and Liv will ever get together, and her answer couldn’t be blunter. “No, not a chance,” the Kiwi actress said. “They are friends. They would spoil it terribly if they tried to date.”
Although McIver thinks that Ravi is a very likeable guy, she strongly believes that Ravi and Liv’s friendship will be at risk once they date each other. “He’s such a great guy,” McIver said of Ravi. “[But it] would be a novelty if it’s sort of like, ‘Oh let’s see if these two friends can get together,’ and then end up jeopardizing a whole longtime friendship. It’s just too precious to lose.”
McIver added that Rahul is now like a brother to her, so she can’t imagine how that will work out for them if that ends up happening.
