Jackson Rathbone, one of leading men of the Twilight film franchise, is going to have a little vampire of his own.

Rathbone, 27, and girlfriend Sheila Hafsadi, 24, are expecting their first child, according to an Us Weekly report.

The couple is thrilled and excited to be expecting their first child, Rathbone's representative told the magazine.

The two were photographed together multiple times in late 2011. Rathbone's lady love appears to have a penchant for colorful hair.

Rathbone, who plays in the band 100 Monkeys, plays Jasper Hale in the Twilight films.

Fans of the books and movies know that his character's thirst for human blood led him to attempt to attack Bella in the second installment, New Moon, prompting Edward and the Cullens to skip town out of fear for her safety.

Much to everyone's happiness - unless you're a member of Team Jacob - Edward and the rest of the Cullens came back to Forks and he and Bella lived happily ever after.

Rathbone will be seen in the final installment, Breaking Dawn Part 2, on Nov. 16.
