Jamie Foxx, Katie Holmes Relationship Confirmed: 'They Are Really Happy,' Source Says

Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are happy in their relationship.

Holmes and Foxx have been plagued with dating rumors for years, but they have been denying it. However, a source confirmed their romance and revealed that the couple is happy and in love.

"They are really happy," one insider told E! News. "It's easy and they are for sure very much in love. They are doing their thing as usual and keeping a very, very low profile."

Just recently, it was reported that Foxx and Holmes had a family day with her daughter, Suri. The "Django Unchained" star was spotted entering the gates of Holmes' residence. Earlier that day, he was seen heading to a frozen yogurt shop to pick up some goodies for their quality time together. Meanwhile, the mother and daughter were also reportedly shopping before heading home.

Also, in April several eyewitnesses caught Foxx and Holmes enjoying a private dinner date in New York City. However, since then, the pair has not been seen together, E! News added. Earlier this summer, the actress was photographed in Los Angeles close to Foxx's place, but they were never seen together.

Foxx rep has already denied the reports claiming they are engaged or married. Meanwhile, Holmes rep also referred to those reports as "categorically untrue," CBS News reported. However, according to Us Weekly, Foxx and Holmes have been dating since 2013.

A source told the publication in 2015 that the pair has been dating secretly for two years. The couple is reportedly desperate to keep things under wrap that at times, the "All We Had" star has to disguise and "put on a wig and hat to meet him at a hotel."

In December 2015, Holmes attended her rumored boyfriend's 48th birthday. In fact, she, along with his pals Alicia Keys and Jennifer Hudson, surprised Foxx with a birthday bash at Le Bilboquet. "Katie is so in love," a source told the publication. "She is all about Jamie."

In August 2016, the rumored couple was spotted at Barbara Streisand's concert in New York City. They also celebrated Holme's 38th birthday together with a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. In May, the "Batman Begins" star reportedly flew to Paris to visit her beau who was filming the "Robin Hood" remake.

Although Holmes and Foxx have been spotted on several occasions already, it is unlikely for the two to announce their romance publicly. "Katie and Jamie will not at any time talk about their union. They like their life private," the source told E! News.
