The Duggars are coming back to TLC! “Jill & Jessa: Counting On” Season 2 premieres on the network on Aug. 23 and in celebration of the new episodes, let’s take a look at what fans can expect from the forthcoming installment.

Here’s 5 things we hope to see in “Counting On” Season 2:

Jinger Duggar Proposal — The trailer for the new “Counting On” episodes shows a quick clip of Jeremy Vuolo’s marriage proposal to Jinger, but we’re hoping we get to see the whole event. As previously reported, Jeremy, a former professional soccer player, proposed to Jinger in New York City in July after several months of courting. The couple plans to move to Texas after tying the knot.

More Courtship Announcements — TLC hints that John-David, Joseph and Josiah Duggar might be entering into courtships in their Season 2 summary. After the Duggar women teased the idea John-David may be courting in Season 1, could viewers finally see him with a girlfriend? An equally exciting turn of events would be the announcement that Jana Duggar, John-David twin, is in a relationship. Fans have been long awaiting Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s eldest daughter to court, and her comments about the topic in March didn’t help matters.

“I don’t know what the next five years will look like. In some ways you’ve got hopes and dreams. Maybe I’ll meet the one and get married and have kids and stuff,” she told TLC’s cameras. “There have been different guys come along and ask, but they haven’t been the right one. It’s just one of those things. I’m not just out to get married to the first one who comes along.”

Jessa Seewald Adoption — Before marrying Ben Seewald in 2014, the couple made it known they have similar ideas when it comes to adopting. After being shut down by adoption agencies in 2015 (the lack of marital years under their belt was the cause), Ben and Jessa appear to be approaching the topic again in the Season 2 trailer. Will their son Spurgeon get an adopted sibling this year? It appears fans will have to wait to find out!

Jill Dillard Pregnancy — Jill and Derick Dillard talk about their plans to possibly have another child in the coming year in the trailer but recent rumors, which stem from a photo of Jill returning from their overseas mission trip (posted below!), suggest Jill may already be expecting baby No. 2. “Counting On” viewers would be overjoyed to learn that the couple’s son Israel is going to be a big brother!

The Return of Anna Duggar — Josh Duggar’s wife may quite a few cameos in Season 1. While it has been confirmed by a show source that the father of four won’t be appearing on the spinoff following his cheating and molestation controversies, it’s likely fans would like to catch up with Anna in present day.
