'Jane The Virgin' Season 2, Episode 4 Preview: Michael Finds Out About The Kiss

Next week on “Jane The Virgin,” Jane (GIna Rodriiguez) deals with the aftermath of her kiss with Rafael (Justin Baldoni). Petra (Yael Grobglas) uses the kiss to her advantage and to get Michael (Brett Dier) worked up. Elsewhere, Rogelio (Jaime Camil) is blackmailed by his ex-wife. [Warning: Spoiler Alert]

According to the synopsis shared by TV.com, Rafael will shock Jane by asking for joint custody of their child. They have agreed to go for co-parenting, but Jane always believed that baby Mateo will be staying with her and they can both visit Rafael occasionally.

Things get even more complicated between them in the aftermath of the kiss that they shared in the previous episode. They kissed in the heat of the moment, when Jane learned that she could keep her spot in grad school.

In the promo video for Episode 4, Petra could be seen showing Michael a photo of the kiss. Michael will confront Jane about it and she will be under even more pressure to finally decide between the two men in her life. Petra still hasn’t given up hope that she will eventually be able to get Rafael back.

Using manipulation and blackmail to get what one wants has become a recurring theme in this season of “Jane The Virgin.” While Petra uses her tricks, Rogelio’s wife Luciana, also has a few tricks up her own sleeve.

After he decides to drop her from the cast of his telenovela to make Xiomara (Andrea Navedo) happy, she brings out her secret weapon. She uses a secret video to force Rogelio to give her the prestigious role.

Elsewhere, Jane struggles to juggle her priorities and neglects her best friend Lina. She forgets to plan Lina’s birthday party amid all the chaos with grad school, the baby, Michael and Rafael. Behind everything else that’s going on, the hunt for the notorious international criminal Sin Rostro continues, and Michael gets a new partner to help him with the job.

“Jane The Virgin” Season 2, Episode 4 airs on Monday at 8:00 p.m. EDT on The CW.
