Jason Derulo, Jordin Sparks Cheating Rumors: Twitter Users Wonder If Infidelity Caused Breakup
Jason Derulo and Jordin Sparks have officially split after three years of dating, the R&B star said during an interview with KDWB in Minneapolis Thursday. Rumors swirled that someone was guilty of cheating, but things between the ex-lovers are “cool,” he said.
Derulo first said he would “rather not” talk about the breakup, but then said he and Sparks will remain friends. "Everything is cool, man," he said when asked if the split was amicable. "It's not a bad situation, it's not one of those kinds of things."
Difficult schedules was purportedly one of the reasons the musicians decided to go their separate ways, and both of them are reportedly taking it hard. "They are both upset," the insider told Us Weekly. "It just wasn't working. It was a lot of travel and hard to work with their schedules."
Sparks hinted on Twitter Sept. 15 something might be wrong.
Following the split, she wrote multiple tweets about going to the studio to write music.
Twitter users assumed that cheating was the main reason the couple broke up. Some compared them to Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa, who split after a year of marriage. Rose claimed her estranged husband cheated. Some Twitterati comments have been posted below:
